My first visit I got a fill in. I like my nails to look natural as possible, and I picked out a couple of colors but I didn't like them w/ my skin tone. Suddenly she reached under her desk and pulled out the most perfect sheer pink like some sort of magic trick. 4PM on a Saturday I was a walk in and had zero wait time. Great experience.
